The Management / Governing Body of SUCESORES DE MUÑOZ Y PUJANTE, S.L. — hereinafter, the data controller — assumes the highest level of responsibility and commitment to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy, ensuring the continuous improvement of the data controller with the aim of achieving excellence in relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC — General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR — and with Spanish personal data protection regulations, including Organic Law, specific sectoral legislation and its implementing regulations.

• The personal data contained in your Curriculum Vitae, as well as any data generated during the interview, will be used to include you in different selection processes that match your profile or may be of interest to you. • You also undertake to inform us of any changes to the information contained in your Curriculum Vitae, so that we may fulfil the purpose described above.
• Your personal data will be kept for a period of one year from the submission of the job application or candidacy for the personnel selection process. Once this period has ended, we will proceed to securely delete them.
• At any time, you may contact us to find out what information we hold about you, rectify it if it is incorrect and delete it once our relationship has ended, provided that this is legally possible.
