Commitment to the protection of personal data
The Management / Governing Body of SUCESORES DE MUÑOZ Y PUJANTE, S.L. — hereinafter, the data controller — assumes the highest level of responsibility and commitment to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy, ensuring the continuous improvement of the data controller with the aim of achieving excellence in relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC — General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR — and with Spanish personal data protection regulations, including Organic Law, specific sectoral legislation and its implementing regulations.
The Data Protection Policy of SUCESORES DE MUÑOZ Y PUJANTE, S.L. is based on the principle of proactive accountability, according to which the data controller is responsible for complying with the regulatory and case-law framework governing this Policy and is able to demonstrate such compliance before the competent supervisory authorities.

The data controller shall apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that, by default, only personal data that are necessary for each specific purpose of the processing are processed.
Data protection throughout the information life cycle:
Measures that guarantee the protection of personal data shall apply throughout the entire life cycle of the information.
Lawfulness, fairness and transparency:
Personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject.
Purpose limitation:
Personal data shall be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and shall not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
Data minimisation:
Personal data shall be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
Accuracy:
Personal data shall be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Every reasonable step shall be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed are erased or rectified without delay.
The Data Protection Policy of SUCESORES DE MUÑOZ Y PUJANTE, S.L. is communicated to all staff of the data controller and made available to all interested parties.
Accordingly, this Data Protection Policy involves all staff of the data controller, who must know it and assume it as their own. Each member of staff is responsible for applying it and for verifying the data protection rules applicable to their activity, as well as identifying and providing any improvement opportunities they consider appropriate, with the aim of achieving excellence in relation to compliance.
Information and training:
One of the key factors in ensuring the protection of personal data is the training and information provided to staff involved in their processing. Throughout the information life cycle, all staff with access to personal data shall be properly trained and informed about their obligations in relation to compliance with data protection regulations.
Integrity and confidentiality:
Personal data shall be processed in such a way as to ensure appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, through the application of appropriate technical or organisational measures.
Storage limitation:
Personal data shall be kept in a form that allows identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing the personal data.
This Policy shall be reviewed by the Management / Governing Body of SUCESORES DE MUÑOZ Y PUJANTE, S.L. as often as deemed necessary, in order to ensure that it is always adapted to the provisions in force regarding personal data protection.
Data Protection Information in Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679
- The personal data contained in your Curriculum Vitae, as well as any data generated during the interview, will be used to include you in different selection processes that match your profile or may be of interest to you. Such data will not be processed for any other purpose without obtaining your prior consent.
- Only duly authorised personnel may process the information contained in your Curriculum Vitae.
- You also undertake to inform us of any changes to the information contained in your Curriculum Vitae, so that we may fulfil the purpose described above.
- Your personal data will be kept for a period of one year from the submission of the job application or candidacy for the personnel selection process. Once this period has ended, we will proceed to securely delete them.
- At any time, you may contact us to find out what information we hold about you, rectify it if it is incorrect and delete it once our relationship has ended, provided that this is legally possible. You also have the right to request the transfer of your information to another entity — data portability.
